Artwork Requirement: The best way to send your artwork is via email to signcrafters@verizon.net. Please make sure that your artwork meets the following requirement in order to be processed promptly. For vinyl jobs, artwork needs to be in a high resolution vector art format (.AI or .EPS), otherwise, you will be liable for a non-recurring vectorizing charge of $25 (minimum) in your first order (NOTE: .JPG, .GIF and .BMP files are not vector arts). For digital print, all files need to be at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution in order to print a decent looking image (NOTE: Images of less than 300 dpi resolution will appear as grainy or pixelated images). For Offset printing, all files need to be in a high resolution PDF format to avoid any delay in processing.
Lead Time and Delivery Lead time and delivery varies depending upon the size and the complexity of the project. Most vinyl and digital printing jobs can be done in 1-2 days, while CNC cut letters and logos can be done in 3-5 days (Shorter run is also available with additional fee). Offset printing lead time varies depending on your requirement. Next day service is available on orders placed before noon (Expedite charge will be added for short-run projects)
